Glenglassaugh Evolution

Part of Glenglassaugh's return, which despite changes of ownership looks set to be a triumphant one if Evolution is anything to go by. The second edition of Evolution, the follow up to Revival. A limited release showcasing their spirit's interaction with ex-Tennessee whiskey casks, this was matured in barrels that used to contain George Dickel.

Sweet barley, pineapple, buttery vanilla, caramel, ripe banana, fresh cut grass.

PALATE
Greengages, wood spices, barley, fruit salad syrup.

Finish
Long and chewy.
